Johnstown, Pa. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Men's Golf team currently sits in nineteenth place on the leaderboard, following Round One at the NCAA Atlantic/East Super Regional. The Spartans carded a team score of 307 (+27) at the Sunnehanna Country Club in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
Junior Diego Ocasio (72/+2) led the team for the day and is currently tied for eighteenth among individual golfers. Meanwhile, teammates Conor McKenna 75/+5 (T54), Ethan Jolin 80/+10 (T97), Albin Faelt 80/+10 (T97) and Noah Barnatt 81/+11 (101) rounded out the Spartans' scoring.
STAC will tee off at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 8th, with the tournament scheduled to conclude on Saturday, May 9.
