Rindge, N.H. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Women's Field Hockey team suffered its fourth straight shutout defeat, a 4-0 loss to Franklin Pierce University on Saturday afternoon at Sodexo Field in The Granite State.
STAC drops to 3-12 overall and 2-8 in NE10 play, while Franklin Pierce moves to 6-8 and 5-5.
Puck Wanders, Sydalia Savage and Lilyan Zavras each scored for the host Ravens. In the cage, Zoe Noorlad (W, 6-8) got the start for Franklin Pierce and stopped all seven shots faced on the day to earn the shutout victory.
Ailsa Ogilvie (L, 3-11) got the start in net for the Spartans and made 7 stops on 10 shots.
