The St. Thomas Aquinas softball team fell to Queens College, 3-0 and 3-1 on Tuesday afternoon.  Toni Ann Groth had a RBI double in the 7th inning of game two to scored STAC only run of the day.  STAC struggled in the opening game getting just one hit from Sam McDonald.

The Lady Spartans left 11 on base in game two off 11 hits.  Jamie McCormick and Megan Sweezy each went 3-for-4.  Lauren Navarro led off the 7th with a single followed by a single from McCormick setting up the run fro Groth's double. 

Maura Power and Megan Sweezy took the loss on the mounds.  STAC will host Molloy on Thursday at 3:00 p.m.
