St. Thomas Aquinas goal keeper Andrew Tartara was named this weeks ECC Defensive Player of the Week.  Tartara helped guide the Spartans to a 1-0-1 week recording 16 saves, yielding one goal off a penalty kick in STAC's 1-1 tie at New Haven.  The senior keeper notched his second shutout of the season in STAC's 2-0 win at Assumption.
