St. Thomas Aquinas College tennis athletes Karina Blas, Vera Gak Anagrova, Eduard Simo, Lennart Lehmann, Maximilian Kendler and Ludovico Truffelli were each named to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division II East Region Rankings, which were released by the ITA on Tuesday.

Karina Blas - Blas (Sr./Tarnow, Poland) was ranked #10 in both singles and doubles play for the region, where she took home ECC First Team All-Conference honors in recognition of her play this season. Karina went 14-12 in matches during this fall, going 6-8 in doubles action and 8-4 in singles play.

Vera Gak Anagrova - Gak Anagrova (So./Las Palmas, Spain) joined her teammate Blas in picking up a #10 ranking in the East for doubles. Vera went 11-5 in matches during the season, going 6-5 in doubles play and 5-0 in singles competition.

Eduard Simo - Simo (Gr./Barcelona, Spain) took home a #7 ranking in singles and a #6 standing in doubles in the East, posting a 4-2 record this past fall. Ludovico went 2-1 in doubles competition and 2-1 in singles action.

Lennart Lehmann - Lehmann (So./Dusseldorf, Germany) was ranked #14 in singles play and #4 in doubles competition for the region. Lennart went 8-5 in matches during this fall, going 6-2 in doubles action and 2-3 in singles competition.                      

Maximilian Kendler - Kendler (Jr./Kortenhoef, Netherlands) joined his teammate Simo in picking up a #6 ranking in the East for doubles. Maximilian posted an 8-5 record in matches this fall, going 5-2 in doubles action and 3-3 in singles competition.

Ludovico Truffelli - Truffelli (Fr./Bologna, Italy) joined his teammate Lehmann in picking up a #4 ranking in doubles play for the region. Ludovico went 10-4 in matches in the fall, going 5-3 in doubles play and 5-1 in singles action.
