St. Thomas Aquinas College's Victoria Calabro has been named the ECC Women's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week on Monday, following the Spartans 2-0 week on the field, with wins over Felician and the University of the District of Columbia last week.
Calabro (Buchanan, N.Y.) tallied eight goals and added two assists for a ten-point week against the Golden Falcons and Firebirds. The freshman attackman also scooped up nine ground balls, won three draw controls and caused two turnovers.
STAC (2-7, 1-3 ECC) visits Molloy University on Wednesday, April 15 for a 4:00 p.m. ECC matchup at the RVC Sports Complex in Rockville Centre, New York.
