St. Thomas Aquinas College Women's Lacrosse players Leanna Iobbi, Jennifer Farrell, Casey Hannon and Laura Delorenzo were each named as ECC All-Conference selections on Friday afternoon. Iobbi received First Team honors, while Farrell, Hannon and Delorenzo each garnered Second Team accolades.

On the offensive side of the field, Leanna Iobbi posted a team-leading 32 goals (4th in ECC) and 3 assists for 35 points during the 2021 season. In 9 games played, the junior midfielder from Sparkill, NY, also racked up 60 total shots, with 48 of those being on goal, 13 ground balls, 40 draw controls and caused 4 turnovers.

Meanwhile, her teammate Jennifer Farrell tallied 22 goals and 11 assists for 33 points in 9 contests. The graduate student attack from Valley Cottage, NY, also posted 51 shots, with 40 put on goal, 13 ground balls, 5 draw controls and 1 caused turnover.

For her collegiate career at St. Thomas Aquinas (2017-2021), Farrell scored 98 goals and assisted on 51 others for 149 total points in 54 career games.

On defense, Casey Hannon helped guide the gritty Spartan D-corps, leading the team in ground balls (25) and caused turnovers (10). The senior from Valley Cottage, NY was also able to showcase her scoring abilities, as she picked up 2 goals and 3 assists over 9 games.

For her 2-year collegiate career at St. Thomas Aquinas (2020-2021), Hannon picked up 5 goals and 6 assists for 11 total points, while collecting 35 ground balls, winning 22 draw controls and causing 14 turnovers in 16 career games.

In the cage for STAC, Laura Delorenzo backstopped the Spartans to a 4-5 record over 9 games in 2021. The graduate student keeper from Wantagh, NY posted a 13.56 goals against average and a .438 save percentage over 540 total minutes of play.

For her collegiate career at St. Thomas Aquinas (2016-2021), Delorenzo recorded 13 wins with a 12.65 goals against average and a .426 save percentage in 48 career games played. In 2105:57 of action, Laura made 329 total saves for the maroon and gold.
