Micaela Ross of the St. Thomas Aquinas College Women's Lacrosse team was named the ECC Rookie of the Week on Monday, following the Spartans 2-1 week, with wins over Caldwell University and Holy Family University.
Ross scored six goals and added an assist for the Spartans, while also grabbing four ground balls. The freshman attack from Monroe, NY had her best performance in a 23-15 home loss to Roberts Wesleyan College, in which she tallied three goals (1 via free-position), and scooped up three ground balls.
STAC (2-2) will continue their four game homestand, facing Chestnut Hill College on Wednesday, March 24. Opening draw is set for 2pm at Spartan Field.
