St. Thomas Aquinas College's Victoria Maher, Leelan Maxwell and Gavin Kopf were each named East Coast Conference Outdoor Track and Field weekly award receipents on Monday, following the Spartans latest meet, the Marist University Red Fox River Rumble. Maher earned Women's Field Athlete of the Week honors, while Maxwell took home Men's Track Athlete of the week accolades and Kopf scored Men's Field Athlete of the Week kudos.

Maher (Marlboro, N.Y.) won both the discus (40.47m) and hammer throw (49.95m) events at the Marist University Red Fox River Rumble.

Maxwell (Greenburg, N.Y.) won the 100-meter dash (10.87) and placed fifth in 200-meter dash (21.88) at the Red Fox River Rumble. The senior sprinter also helped his teammates take third in the 4x100 meter relay (41.87) and placed eighth in the long jump event (6.16m).

Kopf (Congers, N.Y.) won the discus (42.31m) and placed second in both the hammer throw (47.61m) and shot put (13.67m) events at the Marist Red Fox River Rumble.

The Spartans next compete at the prestigious Penn Relays on April 23-25 at Franklin Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
