For the first time in program history, the men's track & field team has been ranked in USTFCCCA DII National Top 25. Winslow Dorsainvil and St. Jacob Diodonet both led the charge to secure the ranking with their personal standings in their respective events. Dorsainvil is currently ranked 2nd in the country in the 60 meter. Diodonet is currently ranked 4th in the country in the 400 as well as 28th in the 200.
In the Regional Rankings, the men's team is currently ranked 5th in the East. Dorsainvil is ranked number 1 in the region in the 60 meters. Diodonet is ranked 1st in the 200 and 400 in the region as well as 5th in the region in the 60. Vinny Vazquez is ranked 7th in the region in the 5000 meters. The 4x400 relay team of Diodonet, Dylan Bestler, Mich Philistin, and Lugduni Desrosiers are 4th in the region. The DMR team of Ryan Gasser, Ricardo Reid, Dylan Bestler, and Vinny Vazquez are 4th as well. In the field events Tristan Holmgren is currently 2nd in the region in the High Jump. Rickssen Opont is currently ranked 3rd in the shot put.
The women's team is currently ranked 9th in the East region. Victoria Jones-Alleyne is ranked 1st in the 60 hurdles for the region and 4th in the Long Jump and High Jump. Camille Cameron is ranked 4th in the region in the 60 meters. Aida Torpey is ranked 4th in the region in the 5000 meters. The DMR Team of Amber Lubazka, Kristin Borriello, Jumana Khatib and Aida Torpey are also 5th in the region.
The team will be back in action this weekend at the Boston University Terrier Invite.
