The STAC Men's and Women's Teams both competed at the CTC Championship at Wesleyan College. Mike Abelard won the 200 meter dash in a time of 22.65 and finished in 2nd in the 55 meter dash in the time of 6.58. Freshman, George Erazo won the 400 meter dash in a time of 50.54 and came in 5th overall in the 200 in a time of 23.37. Vinny Modafferri finished 1st in the 500 meters in a time of 1:06.50. Freshman Frankie Colon also ran in the 400 and took 8th overall in a time of 53.76. Rich Ricca also took 8th overall in the 55 in a time of 6.84. Matt Buell took 8th overall in the 1 Mile in a time of 4:38.20. Mike Galsonski took 6th overall in the 3000 in a time of 9:17.82 In the relay events the Men's 4x200 meter relay of Rich Ricca, Mike Abelard, Frankie Colon, and George Erazo took 1st place in a time of 1:33.43 in a very thrilling race. In the 4x400 the team of Abelard, Erazo, Colon and Vinny Modafferri took 2nd place in a time of 3:27.45. The Distance Medley Relay Team of Modafferri, Desmond Jackson, Colon and Buell took 2nd Place overall in the event as well in a time of 11:14.88. The 4x800 relay of Garvenchy Nicolas, Kyle Curran, Chris McKenna and Matt Buell took 6th place in a time of 8:48.78. The Men's team finished 5th out of 19 teams from Division I,II, and III.
On the Women's side Keeley Bateman took 2nd overall in the 1000 in a time of 3:12.36 and 5th overall in the 800 in a time of 2:30.03. Sarah Callagy ran the 3000 meters in a time of 11:07.88 and took 2nd place overall in the event. The girls finished 13th overall out of 20 teams.
