Sparkill, N.Y. - Sarah Williams earned Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) for the 2021-22 academic year, the organization announced on Monday.

Williams garnered All-America Scholar-Athlete recognition after concluding the 2021-22 academic year with a 3.5 or higher GPA. Overall, 7,527 collegiate student-athletes across all division levels collected Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2021-22 school year.

This past spring, Williams was also named the ECC's Elite 19 recipient for Softball, for a second consecutive season, after posting a perfect 4.00 GPA, while majoring in childhood Education with a concentration in Mathematics.

On the field this season, the senior from New Hyde Park, NY, posted a .241 batting average, with four doubles, three RBI and four runs scored in 30 contests and helped lead the Spartans to the program's first-ever ECC Regular Season title.
