STAC Men's Tennis' Stellar Season Closes at NCAA Division II Sweet 16

Surprise, Ariz. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Men's Tennis team's stellar 2025-2026 Season, came to a conclusion on Wednesday afternoon, as the #15-seeded Spartans fell to the #2-seeded University of West Florida, 4-0, in the NCAA Division II Sweet 16 round at the Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex.

STAC ends its season with an 19-6 overall record and a 5-1 mark in the East Coast Conference. Meanwhile, University of West Florida improves to 27-1 and moves on to the Elite Eight round of the tournament.

The Spartans outstanding season included a Co-ECC Regular Season title, their sixth consecutive ECC Championship Finals appearance, along with an NCAA East Regional victory over Adelphi, and fifth NCAA Round of 16 National Championship appearance in the last eight seasons.
