Monsey, N.Y. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Ice Hockey team wrapped its 2025-2026 home regular season campaign on Saturday evening with a dominant 19-4 Senior Night victory over Yeshiva University at Sport-O-Rama Ice Rinks.

STAC improves to 15-4-2 overall and 10-1 in MCHC play.

Christopher Smith tallied five goals and two assists for a seven point night for the maroon and gold, while Jason Desalvo and Andrew Fenninger each recorded hat tricks in the contest. Teammates Gage Parnell and Jeremy Poggi scored two goals apiece, with John Brennan, Joey Camporeale, Nicholas Delia and John Redmond all netting a goal as well. In between the pipes, Michael Pippo got the start for the Spartans and turned aside 22 of 26 shots faced to run his record to 11-2-0 on the season.

Prior to the MCHC contest, the Spartans honored their graduating senior class; Patrick Phelan, William Thyberg, James Guild, Jeremy Poggi and Michael Pippo with on-ice ceremonies, which included the athletes' families, teammates, coaches and college administrators.
