Newington, Conn. - The St. Thomas Aquinas College Ice Hockey Team closed the fall portion of their 2024-2025 schedule on Friday night, dropping a 7-1 decision to Central Connecticut State University at Newington Ice Arena. 

STAC moves to 10-6 overall, but remains perfect in MCHC action at 6-0.

Anthony Prunty tallied the lone Spartans goal in the opening period, with the assist going to teammate Kevin Vitiello. In between the pipes, Theo Morris (L, 4-2) went the distance and stopped 59 of 66 shots fired his way.
