The St. Thomas Aquinas College Golf team remains atop the leaderboard following Round Two at the NCAA Division II Atlantic/East Super Regional. The Spartans recorded a team score of 300 on Friday, which is 12 over par at the Ravenwood Golf Club in Victor, NY.
Freshman Nolan Skags (72) continued to lead the team for the day and is currently first overall. His outstanding play helped set the stage for the Spartans four-stroke lead heading into the final round. Donte Graposo and Norman Viron posted rounds of 78 and 76, respectively. Jake Yarmolowitz (74) and Joseph Tammaro (79) rounded out the Spartan scoring.
The Spartans will tee off at 12:40 p.m. on Saturday, May 7th, as the tournament concludes and an Atlantic/East Super Regional Champion is crowned.
