2021 NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championships Regional Field Set, Spartans Ranked #1 in East Region

The NCAA has announced the field of 64 teams and 24 student-athletes competing as individuals that have been selected to participate in regional competition of the 2021 NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championships. St. Thomas Aquinas College finished #1 in the final regular season regional rankings, released Friday, and have been selected to participate in the Atlantic/East Regional. Regional play will be conducted May 6-8 at the Lakeview Country Club in Erie, PA.

The Spartans finished in the top 5 in all of their events during the 2021 season. STAC won the Le Moyne College Mike Bello Invitational, the College of Saint Rose Invitational and Wykagyl Shootout against Concordia College, while finishing 4th at the Mercyhurst University Invitational, which took place on the same course that the Atlantic/East Regional will be contested.

The top four teams and the top student-athlete not with a team from each regional will advance to the finals May 17-21 at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. The finals will be hosted by Palm Beach Atlantic University and Palm Beach County Sports Commission.

Tournaments will be conducted at four regional sites with regional pairings as follows:
