Trinity Cheatom, Sarah Ericson, Kyle Pulliam and Luis Risquez were named the Spartan Athletes of the Month for February.
Sarah Ericson, Women's Basketball:
Sarah Ericson averaged 11.2 points, 12.0 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game in six contests during the month of February. The sophomore guard from Norwich, Conn. also had nine steals and three blocked shots, while shooting 42.6% (26-of-61) from the field, 36.7% (11-of-30) from three and 80.0% (4-of-5) from the foul line.
In recognition of her tremendous play on the hardwood, Ericson took home ECC Defensive Player of the Week honors on February 27.
