Trinity Cheatom, Sarah Ericson, Kyle Pulliam and Luis Risquez were named the Spartan Athletes of the Month for February.

Trinity Cheatom averaged 13.2 points and 3.0 assists per game in six contests during the month of February. The freshman guard from Des Moines, Iowa also had 11 rebounds and five steals, while shooting 37.7% (26-of-69) from the field, 33.3% (8-of-24) from three and 82.6% (19-of-23) from the foul line.
