Jennifer Farrell, Carissa Della Vecchia, Sean Lynch and Tyler Senatore were named the Spartan Athletes of the Month for March.
Jennifer Farrell, Women's Lacrosse:
Farrell tallied 15 goals on 34 shots (28 on goal) and 7 assists in four contests during March. Her ability to find the back of the net placed her first on the team in scoring with 22 points during the opening month of the season. Jennifer also had 7 ground balls, 4 draw controls and went 5-for-12 (41.7%) from the 8-meter line during that stretch.
The graduate student from Valley Cottage, N.Y. paced the Spartans to a 2-2 overall record in the month, including victories over Caldwell (20-10) and Holy Family (16-6).
