Alexa Huertas, Julia Reggio, Grant Singleton and Antonio Vendola were named the Spartan Athletes of the Month for February.
Julia Reggio, Women's Basketball:
Reggio averaged 7.4 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game in ten contests during the month of February. The freshman guard from White Plains, NY also had 17 steals, while shooting 30.4% (21-of-69) from the field, 31.6% (6-of-19) from three and 60.5% (26-of-43) from the foul line.
Julia was recognized on for her outstanding play on the court by the East Coast Conference, as she was named the Rookie of the Week on February 1st.
