Alex Bertolino and Jonathan Lawton were named the Spartan Athletes of the Month for February.
Jonathan Lawton, Men's Basketball:
Lawton averaged 10.38 points, 1.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game in eight contests during the month of February. The freshman guard from Williamstown, NJ pulled down 15 rebounds, dished out 25 assists, had 12 steals and shot 50.8% (31-61) from the field, 48.3% (15-31) from the three-point line and 85.7% (6-7) from the foul line.
Jonathan was honored for his exceptional play on the court by the East Coast Conference on February 29th, as he was named their Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week.
