Dauphine Donker has been named the East Coast Conference Women's Tennis Rookie of the Week on Monday, following the Spartans 3-1 week on the courts, including a key conference victory over ECC power Queens College.
Donker went 2-0 in No. 6 singles last week and won the clinching point in St. Thomas Aquinas’ 4-3 victory over Queens. She topped Lilly Schmidtt 4-6, 6-3. 6-3.
STAC (8-1, 4-1 ECC) wraps up regular season play on Tuesday, April 27 at Daemen College. First serve is scheduled for 12pm at the Williamsville South High School Tennis Courts in Williamsville, NY.
