WASHINGTON, DC – The St. Thomas Aquinas College closed out their regular season with a road conference win against the University of the District of Columbia on Thursday, leaving the District with a 5-4 win.

The match went down to the wire, with the clinching point coming at the conclusion of the final match of the day at sixth singles.

SYRACUSE, NY – The St. Thomas Aquinas women’s tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision to LeMoyne College on Tuesday. Lovisa Engstrand (Stockholm, Sweden) and Sara O’Brien (Orangeburg, NY) teamed at first doubles to pick up their first victory of the season.
MIDDLEBURY, CT – On the road for their second match in as many contests, the St. Thomas Aquinas College women’s tennis team fought hard against regional power Post University, but fell by the narrow margin of 5-4. Post, who finished last season as the 9th-ranked team in the East region, won the match clinching point at 6th singles.
CALDWELL, NJ – The St. Thomas Aquinas College women’s tennis team traveled to take on Caldwell University on Monday and left with a 7-2 victory to open the season. After finding themselves in a 2-1 hole after the doubles portion, the Lady Spartans swept all six singles matches to secure the win.
SPARKILL, NY – A marathon of a tennis match took place as the St. Thomas Aquinas College Lady Spartans took on the Rider Broncos on Saturday. The final match of the fall season took all of five hours to complete, and the Lady Spartans nearly defeated their NCAA Division I opponents before ultimately falling 4-3.
On Senior Day and in their final East Coast Conference match of the season, the St. Thomas Aquinas College women’s tennis team dropped a heart breaker to the University of the District of Columbia by a final score of 5-4.
The St. Thomas Aquinas women's tennis team beat Caldwell College, 7-2 on Thursday afternoon. Bianca Signore and Sara O' Brien paired up for a top flight doubles win, 8-6. Signore won her top flight singles match, 6-2, 6-4 while O'Brien won the fourth flight, 6-3, 6-2. Raven DeLeon and Shannon Biehle paired up for an 8-3 doubles win.
SPARKILL, NY – On a beautiful Friday afternoon, the St. Thomas Aquinas College women’s tennis team took on yet another regionally ranked opponent in Queens College. The Lady Spartans did all they could do to thwart perennial power and NCAA Sweet Sixteen participant, but ultimately fell 9-0.
The St. Thomas Aquinas women's tennis team struggled against top pre season pick, NYIT, losing 9-0. Sara O'Brien and Biance Signore lost, 8-0 in the top flight double match. Signore fell, 6-0, 6-3 in her singles match and O'Brien lost, 6-1, 6-0.
SPARKILL, NY – The Lady Spartans tennis squad opened their season on a high note, as they defeated University of the Sciences 8-1 in non-conference action. A beautiful summer afternoon was truly all sunshine and rainbows for the Spartans, as they started off the match with a 3-0 doubles sweep.
