He has also managed in the Spanish League Federation, where he coached Manny Ramirez for one season. Manny is known for his great rapport with the players and his ability to teach some of the finer subtleties of playing infield. Stanley's awards and honors were numerous during his 4-year tenure with the Spartans, as he was named the ECC Rookie of the Year in 2012 and Player of the Year in 2015, along with All-Conference honors in each of his four years. The East Coast Conference also selected him on three occasions as their Player of the Week and twice and their Rookie of the Week. In addition, Susana collected All-East Region accolades in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
